Maritza started her real estate career in Lima, Peru after receiving her Business Administration Degree in management and continued to hone her selling skills in the U.S. As a sales executive for the Related Group’s prestigious Las Olas Beach Club, Maritza quickly rose to the top of the deck with more than $125 million in sales. This led to her appointment as director of sales for Strada 315 in Fort Lauderdale and later Trump International Hotel & Tower in Fort Lauderdale and Da Vinci on The Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach. In total, Maritza has made more than $358 million in sales as of the close of 2007. The success of these developments are a testament to her ability to train and motivate sales teams to peak performance. It’s no wonder she has been called “a miracle worker” and “one who raises people’s temperature as she enters the room.”
